Please note that the engraving is an individual lettering.
Depending on the delivery situation, engraved products require approx. 2-3 working days in addition to the stated delivery time.
Custom-made products (bridles and halters)
Please note that the bridle of your choice is an individual one-off piece that requires additional time to manufacture.
In order to make the production process as transparent as possible, you will find some information below. Please read through the delivery conditions before placing your order so that you know approximately how long it will take to make your new bridle:
- The delivery time for custom-made products is approximately 10-14 weeks. These are generally approximate times, which unfortunately cannot be influenced by special events (e.g. Christmas or birthdays)!
- Custom-made products are always passed on to our sewing department at the end of the month. The delivery time stated above is therefore always calculated from the 1st day of the following month.
- The cut-off date for the transmission of custom-made products is always the end of the month. Orders that are placed or paid for after the end of the month can only be sent on the 1st of the following month. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions for orders received shortly after the end of the month!
- There may be deviations in the delivery time at any time; we will be happy to inform you on request after the minimum delivery time specified above has expired.
- We ask for your understanding that we cannot inform you independently of any delays.
In order to safeguard internal operational processes, we reserve the right to limit the contingent of customized bridles in the future!
If the order volume of custom-made products is high in one month, we will deactivate the production in the store until the beginning of the following month.
Example:
Order receipt and payment: May 2024
Transmission of the order: June 01, 2024 (from here the calculation of the delivery time of 10-14 weeks begins)
Delivery: approx. from mid-August to the beginning of September
Delivery of spare parts for custom-made products:
Of course you can also order individual parts for your bridle in the event of defects.
Please let us know the order number of your original order. Spare parts will then be sent to our sewing shop in the next round and can be purchased (including smaller parts!) within the delivery times stated above.
