Of course you want to hold your new piece of jewelry in your hands quickly. Here you can find all the information about the shipping times for your order.
We always try to ship orders quickly, but there may be deviations during promotional periods with high order volumes.
Germany:
If your order is worth €200 or more, we will ship it free of charge within Germany using standard shipping.
For orders under 200€ you have the choice between
- uninsured shipping as a consignment (3,90€)
- insured shipping as a DHL parcel (4,90€)
Other countries:

We generally ship stock items within one to three working days, so you will usually receive your order within one week (within the EU).
Outside the EU, shipping times may be longer due to customs clearance.
We only ship climate-friendly with DHL GoGreen.
The emissions caused by shipping are offset by investments in global climate protection projects.
Individual products made to order cannot be exchanged. You can find detailed information in this section.
Customized browbands cannot be exchanged!
All browbands (including browbands from the LookBook) are made by hand after receipt of the order and therefore cannot be returned!
A browband can only be returned if only the color 01 Crystal was selected.
Of course, the remaining parts of the bridle (e.g. cheek pieces or headpiece) can be exchanged or returned if they do not fit despite the individual browband. Please contact us for this.
If you do not wish to exchange the bridle, we will offset the browband against your order value and refund the difference.
These products are also made individually for you and therefore cannot be exchanged.
Please check our size chart in advance to avoid a non-fit. You are also welcome to use our test bridles, which you can order in the store.
You can find all information about the delivery times for individual products on a separate page. This does not apply to a regular snaffle from the store with an individual browband.
The new bridle doesn't fit? No problem, we will be happy to help you.
If your new bridle does not fit, please take pictures when you try it on. These will help us enormously afterwards to exchange the bridle or individual parts for a different size.
It is important that the cheekbone and, if possible, the adjustment can be clearly seen in the pictures.
Please get in touch with us afterwards and we will be sure to find a solution!
Of course, you can return unused goods to us within 14 days of receipt. The direct costs for this are borne by you as the buyer.
In the event of an exchange, we will return the goods to you free of charge.
